[openrisc] openrisc development interface

Hi, everybody!

I have been reading about OpenRISC development interface, and I have a
few doubts.
The ports connected to the boundary scan logic include the indication of
an EXTEST JTAG instruction (port EXTEST_SELECTED_O). I think that there
is also necessary an additional port for indicating to the boundary scan
logic that it must carry out a SAMPLE / PRELOAD instruction. If not, how
can the boundary scan logic perform this instruction (that is mentioned
as supported by the development interface)?
