Re: [oc] Suggesting H263 codec core




Hi,

I am very interested in this project. In fact I've already completed a 
large section of the DCT-based compression system. The FDCT, IDCT, 
quantization unit and run-length-encoder are already finished. I still need 
to do the hashing tables.

Other systems which can be created are:
- H.261
- H.263
- Mothion JPEG
- MPEG 1
- MPEG 2
- MPEG 4
