1.  Damjan do you have any comment on the license
discussion specially that OR1K is going to be
implemented on Silicon using non-free cells

2. It seems that some of you are mixing between the
design files protection  and the protection on the
implementation of these designs. The first you can use
any copyright protection license but the second you
need a patent or NDA.
