nice to see ur detailed mail.

let the bus be idle and all the devices are in their suspended state. suppose the host wants to talk to a particular device, then it will be waking all the devices. till the bus goes into idle state again, all other devices will be in their active state only. even though the other devices are not expected to respond, they will be unnecessarily consuming more power. if the devices are all bus powered, then the power at the host/hub will be used inefficiently.

is this the limitation of USB or any misinterpretation by me?

can u clear my thoughts.
