I've got a paper named "DESIGNING A ROBUST USB SERIAL INTERFACE ENGINE
(SIE)" (siewp.pdf), and I used it to design some parts in verilog (not
VHDL). I don't remember the web page where I got it, but I can provide
you "personally" if you contact me (I don't know if I can send
