[pci] fixed run_pci_sim_regr.scr

Hi
  i sort of figure it out.. it didn't like the line : set arg_num =
$#, I fixed it by adding set arg_num = $#argv. And also by removing
"?" and "(" in the echoing statements, since it didnt' like those
either for some reason.. I am not as familiar with C shell scripts as
with other scripts... so it took me a while to figure out the errors
and stuff..
