I put CONFIGURATION SPACE (PCI Header Type 0 plus Device Specific Registers)

and WISHBONE Master interface to CVS.

Configuration space is tested with WISHBONE Slave test-bench.

Test-bench for WISHBONE Master will be finished soon.
