[pci] Source Code for checking PCI.

Hello,

I contacted Havu who wrote some code on PCI VHDL, it's code can 
be found at:
http://www.tkt.cs.tut.fi/~havu/pci/models.html

There is simulation and synthesis files. But only for target, but the 
simulation files are woth looking at IMHO.

Concerning the use of his code there is his answer:

I think it's ok to use the simulation files for our core.
