apparently your gcc does not find libc.lib file, which should be in the 
reported dir.
There is a problem with your installation, but cannot figure out what exactly 
could be wrong. If you cannot figure it out, go through installation 
procedure again and be sure to do everything according to the instructions. 
You should have no problems then.
