[openrisc] eCos ported to OpenRISC

A port of eCos to the OpenRISC processor and to the ORP (OpenRISC 
Reference Platform) is now available.  For those unfamiliar w/ eCos, it 
is a highly-configurable microkernel appropriate for embedded use.  More 
information can be found at the project's home page:

The OpenRISC port has not yet been incorporated into the eCos CVS 
repository by eCos maintainers.  In order to build it, therefore, one 
must use CVS to obtain the eCos tree and incorporate separately 
published OpenRISC-specific patches.  More information (and the required
