[openip] VLSI training course?

Dear Everyone,
 I am an Electrical Engineer ,
 and I would like to specialize in the area of VLSI design/verification
(maybe Mixed signal alternatively).
 I wonder if your company offers in English/Russian  any specialised
 course that  during about 2-4 months covers perhaps:
 -Techniques for digital system design
 -Hardware description languages
 -Design methodology for VLSI circuits and systems: ASIC, FPGA, PLD
 -Employing EDA tools like:  ModelSim, Leonardo, Xilinx, Altera, etc.
 please let me know of any details or if you know of  another
institution/company in following cities :Moscow in Russia, 
Munnich or Stuttgart in Germany, Budapest in Hungary that offers such
training courses
