[openip] NEW CORE - HIGH SPEED CRC GENERATOR (URL,...)

	Dear Sir:

	A year and some months ago I finished what can be considered my first 
Free-IP core. It consists on a CRC generator optimized to be used at very 
high speeds (its throughput can be as high as 5x4Gbps) while being 
implemented in a standard AMS (=0.35um CMOS) process and with standard cells.

	I wrote a student paper on it which I hope you will find interesting.  The
