Hi Sonja,

I am trying to take over the viterbi decoder design done previously by
Zalfany to implement some different polynomials for convolutional
codes and also some other coding techniques using viterbi decoding and
some other varieties ...

The code of the existing design is available through CvsWeb (easy
access, you don't need to have a username/passwd ). I have checked in
recently a second design made also by Zalfany after chaging some
details to make the code compile using IcarusVerilog (Free Verilog
Compiler) but the code should compile with any commercial tool
hopefully (Haven't tried) ....

There is some documentation explaining the design functionalities ...
