[oc] Xilinx Spartan III released in April

Hi

this is not official but rumor is that Xilinx Spartan III will released in April.
So far the Spartan III info has only be released under NDA from Xilinx.

Spartan III is technology schrink from Spartan IIE and should be the
low cost alternative to Altera Cyclone devices. As features (known) - 
more block ram (about 3 times more) and hardware DSP block (multiplier).

So if planning anything for Spartan (or Cyclone) it may pay off to wait
at least til Sparan III is out.
