[oc] About MPEG & PCB Board


  Hello !
  
    I am very novice on FPGAs, and would like to know what to do to be able to 
compress MPEG in real-time. I was looking at ip cores, and found video systems, 
but i don't understand verilog yet, i only know VHDL. So my question is what do 
i need to build this project.

    Also i would like to enter on ipcores to develop another PCB Board for an 
APEX and ACEX from Altera, what should i do ?
