Re: [oc] FAQ update



BTW I forgot to say that it is important not to introduce any new mailing
lists. If we do something about mailing lists, then we need to close down
some of the existing ones that don't have the traffic. Lets consolidate
discussions from many mailing lists to lesser number mailing lists.
