Hi,

I would go for 2 CD-ROMS.

The cost of a double-holder isn't that much more.  The cost of the extra blank, and your time, well, you know what that is.

Truth is, shipping is a significant part of the current cost, and there's no way around that, so doubleing the cost of the product only adds 50% to the total cost.

That would still be an OK price.
