This is 'Russian Apache' (with support for changing document charsets 'on the
fly' -- see http://apache.lexa.ru/ for more info).
If you want disable this feature just add 'CharsetDisable On' in some .conf file.

Install apache-rus-ssl-1.3.1rusPL25.9benSSL1.20-1.i386.rpm first then you could
add:
 1. PHP3         -- apache-rus-ssl-php-3.0.2a-1.i386.rpm
 2. mod_perl     -- apache-rus-ssl-perl-1.15-1.i386.rpm
 3. Apache JServ -- apache-rus-ssl-jserv-0.9.11-1.i386.rpm
 4. FastCGI      -- apache-rus-ssl-fastcgi-2.0b1-1.i386.rpm

Apache JServ requires JDK 1.1.x and PHP3 requires mysql-client-3.22.4beta-2.i386.rpm
as well as gd-1.2-1.i386.rpm (from RedHat PowerTools 5.0) and
postgresql-6.3.2-4.i386.rpm (included in RedHat Linux 5.1).
