This is openssl-0.9.4 (see http://www.openssl.org) ported to
MS Windows 95/98/NT using the MingW32/GCC-2.95 development environment
(see http://www.xraylith.wisc.edu/~khan/software/gnu-win32/).

The package includes the openssl executable and libraries (both static and
DLLs), with the associated header files to be used standalone or linked with
externally compiled applications, respectively.

The binaries passed openssl's internal test suite and work with
cURL 5.9.1/ssl but have not otherwise undergone extensive testing. Please
report any errors to the below mail address.

You may have to rename libssl32.dll to ssleay32.dll for some older
applications.
