The problem seems to be my monitor.

You are probably already aware of this, but in case not:
There is a small error when tou go to the main setup screen (by typing
"setup") and you can then select an addon or setup option by using arrow
down key. On this page the EMU option can not be selected as it has wrapped
round a line and only the E is selected which is not recognised.
Typing setup -f EMU works fine though.
