I Think that ther is a option in PGP so encrypt messages using the
secret key, so they can be decrypted using the public key. I have
seen this happening some times, this is like a exchanced
signature, so that only people with your oublic key can read the
text, AFTER verifying the message. This "public-encryption" also
makes it harder for people to send singned messages on other
poeples identitie using fake keys.
