keyboard problems

I have cloned the muLinux to a 210MB Harddisk (386DX/40 PC with 8MB RAM).
The muLinux is booting without errors and it works well. But I have a problem with the
german keymap (de.map, Codepage 437). There are several keys which don't work correct.

German US
Einfg (Ins)
Pos1
Bild oben Page up
Entf Del
Ende End
Bild unten Page down

For this keys I get the ~ on the Monitor.

Also the spezial German keys (Keyboardcode 12, 26, 39, 40) don't work.
