Using NewTool:

Filing-in the NewTool.filein file will cause all the NewTool files to be
filed-in in the proper order.

A new Launcher will be created.  Close the old one, and use the new one from
now on, as it adds a "Navigator" choice under the Browser menu.

Choose "Navigator" from the Browser menu on the Launcher.  This will create
the Navigator window on the left side of the screen. 

Choosing something from the Navigator will cause a CodeTool to be created.

CodeTools can be frozen, and then they no longer update in response to the
Navigator.  (And the Navigator will create another CodeTool when you choose
something else)

Multiple CodeTools can be open at the same time, all updating, yet showing
different aspects of the same class.
