Bio-LITE-Taxonomy-NCBI

This module provides easy and efficient access to the NCBI taxonomy with minimal dependencies and without intermediary databases. Also allows fast mappings between NCBIs GIs and Taxids.

This module is not part of the Bioperl bundle.

INSTALLATION

To install this module, run the following commands:

	perl Makefile.PL
	make
	make test
	make install

After installing, you can find documentation for this module with the
perldoc command.

    perldoc Bio::LITE::Taxonomy::NCBI
