Last update: 7 June, 1993. The following files are related to the definition of the European Interchange Format, for newspapers defined as an SGML DTD, called capsnews DTD . "CAPSNEWS.DEC" This file contains the SGML Declaration that is used for exchanging newspapers conforming to the CAPSNEWS SGML DTD. "CAPSNEWS.DTD" This file contains the CAPSNEWS SGML DTD (EIF). "ISOLAT1.ENT" This file contains the character entity set ISOLATIN1 that is defined within the ISO standard SGML. This character set is used by the CAPSNEWS.DTD. "ISOLAT2.ENT" This file contains the character entity set ISOLATIN2 that is defined within the ISO standard SGML. This character set is used by the CAPSNEWS.DTD. "ISOPUB.ENT" This file contains the character entity set ISOLATIN2 that is defined within the ISO standard SGML. This character set is used by the CAPSNEWS.DTD. "TABLES.DTD" This DTD is the Table DTD developed by ICADD (Yuri Rubinsky), which has special provisions for the print disabled. It is still under revision. "CAPSNEWS.TXT" This text file contains a sample CAPSNEWS newspaper text that has been parsed with ARC-SGML without any errors. "README.TXT" Now you are reading this file.
