_R_e_s_u_l_t_s _f_r_o_m _a _m_i_c_r_o_a_r_r_a_y _e_x_p_r_i_m_e_n_t _c_o_m_p_a_r_i_n_g _c_o_l_o_r_e_c_t_a_l _c_a_n_c_e_r _s_a_m_p_l_e_s _a_n_d _n_o_r_m_a_l _t_i_s_s_u_e _s_a_m_p_l_e_s.

_D_e_s_c_r_i_p_t_i_o_n:

     The 'colorectal' dataset consists: an named vector 'DE_Colorectal'
     , which represents the log2 fold changes of the genes chosen as
     differentially expressed between  colorectal cancer and normal
     samples based on data from Hong et al, 2007, and  the universe of
     all Entrez gene IDs available on the array, 'ALL_Colorectal'.
     These two vectors were obtained starting from the 'top' dataframe
     which is the output from the topTable function of the limma
     package using the RMA processed gene expression data downloaded
     from  GEO (GSE4107). The microarray platform used was Affymetrix
     HGU-133PLUS2.0.
