_p_l_o_t _a _g_e_n_e _n_e_t_w_o_r_k, _c_o_l_o_r_i_n_g _n_o_d_e_s _a_c_c_o_r_d_i_n_g
_t_o _r_e_l_a_t_i_v_e _e_x_p_r_e_s_s_i_o_n _v_a_l_u_e_s

_D_e_s_c_r_i_p_t_i_o_n:

     plot a gene network, coloring nodes according to relative
     expression values

_U_s_a_g_e:

     plotExGraph(g, es, sampind=1, pal=colorRampPalette(brewer.pal(9, "Blues"))(length(nodes(g))), attgen=pwayRendAttrs)

_A_r_g_u_m_e_n_t_s:

       g: graph representing a gene network

      es: an ExpressionSet instance 

 sampind: sample to be used  to obtain relative expression values 

     pal: palette for coloring the nodes

  attgen: attribute generating function 

_D_e_t_a_i_l_s:

     plots a colored network on the current graphics display

_V_a_l_u_e:

     as returned by Rgraphviz plot method for graphNEL instances
