_B_u_i_l_d _f_i_t_n_e_s_s _d_e_f_e_c_t _c_o_n_t_i_n_g_e_n_c_y _m_a_t_r_i_x

_D_e_s_c_r_i_p_t_i_o_n:

     Function to build a fitness defect contingency matrix where rows
     correspond to tested genes and columns to experimental conditions.

_U_s_a_g_e:

     buildFDMat(data,genenames,condition)

_A_r_g_u_m_e_n_t_s:

    data: List of 'significant' fitness defect scores and the
          associated genes at different experimental conditions.

condition: Character vector of the different experimental conditions
          tested

genenames: Character vector of all the tested genes for fitness defect.

_V_a_l_u_e:

     Contingency matrix of genes that present significant fitness
     defect in different experimental conditions.
