     Peptide rule based calibration using Fourier transformation.

    freq: peptide mass role default = 1.000495

    plot: default=FALSE,if 'TRUE' a graphic showing .... 

     PQM: default=FALSE, if 'TRUE' a quality measure of the calibration
          coefficients is computed.

_M_e_t_h_o_d_s:

     _o_b_j_e_c_t = "_n_u_m_e_r_i_c" returns object of class numeric

     _o_b_j_e_c_t = "_M_a_s_s_v_e_c_t_o_r" returns object 'Massvector-class'

     _o_b_j_e_c_t = "_M_a_s_s_v_e_c_t_o_r_l_i_s_t" returns object 'Massvectorlist-class'
