_A _m_e_n_u _f_o_r _c_h_o_o_s_i_n_g _a _f_l_o_a_t_i_n_g _p_o_i_n_t _n_u_m_b_e_r

_D_e_s_c_r_i_p_t_i_o_n:

     This function generates a textual menu that will allow the user to
      choose a floating point number.

_U_s_a_g_e:

     selectDouble(message, min, max)

_A_r_g_u_m_e_n_t_s:

 message: The message that will be shown together with the menu.

     min: The minimal number that is allowed.

     max: The maximal number that is allowed.

_D_e_t_a_i_l_s:

     'selectDouble' displays the given message to the user and returns 
     the number the user chooses as 'double'. The number needs to be
     greater than or equal to 'min' as well as less than or equal to
     'max'.

_V_a_l_u_e:

     The number chosen by the user as 'double'.
