_G_e_t _B_i_o_S_e_q_u_e_n_c_e _i_n_f_o_r_m_a_t_i_o_n

_D_e_s_c_r_i_p_t_i_o_n:

     This function parses the BioSequence package and returns a
     bioSequence object.

_U_s_a_g_e:

     getBioSequence(file = "", datadir = ".")

_A_r_g_u_m_e_n_t_s:

    file: XML document containing the BioSequence package.

 datadir: The directory where XML file resides.

_V_a_l_u_e:

     bioSequence object
