_G_e_t _b_i_o_A_s_s_a_y_D_a_t_a _o_b_j_e_c_t

_D_e_s_c_r_i_p_t_i_o_n:

     This function parses the BioAssayData package and returns an
     bioAssayData object which contains a slot with  assayed feature
     references and a slot with the used array design.

_U_s_a_g_e:

     getBioAssayData(file = "", datadir = "")

_A_r_g_u_m_e_n_t_s:

    file: XML document containing the DesignElement package.

 datadir: Directory where the XML file resides.

_V_a_l_u_e:

     BioAssayData object containing the assayed feature references and
     array design used in BioAssay.
